These terms are a draft product agreement for using .paletta's AI coding workspace, accounts and payment features. Please review them before launch.
Information on this page reflects .paletta's current implementation. Legal and billing policies require operator review before live commercial launch.
Who may use the service
You must be legally permitted to use our services and agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, obtain a parent or legal guardian's permission where required. Paid purchases must be authorized by the account holder responsible for payment. Do not impersonate another person or share account credentials.
Account responsibilities
Provide accurate registration details and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may temporarily restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or repeated policy violations.
AI content and reliability
AI-generated code, explanations and other outputs can be inaccurate, insecure, incomplete or unsuitable for your environment. Review and test outputs independently before using them in applications, especially when security, financial or safety-critical systems are involved. We do not guarantee particular results or uninterrupted model availability.
Credits and welcome grant
New accounts currently receive a one-time grant of 200 credits. Each successfully completed AI message normally deducts 10 credits; failed requests are restored. New purchases add the displayed credit quantity after verified payment. Existing balances are not automatically reissued or reset by a pricing change. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Under our current policy, prepaid credits do not have a fixed expiration, subject to lawful changes and account restrictions.
Pro Unlimited subscription
Pro Unlimited costs $79 per month in USD and renews automatically until canceled. During an active paid period it does not deduct per-message credits. "Unlimited" does not waive rate limits, maximum request sizes, fair-use safeguards, security controls or temporary availability limits. You can turn off future renewals in billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the currently paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, attempts to bypass usage controls, unauthorized access, credential theft, malware creation or other abusive behavior. The Acceptable Use Policy gives additional examples.
Billing and refunds
Stripe processes one-time credit purchases and monthly subscriptions. Prices displayed at checkout control the amount charged, including any required taxes. Billing concerns and refund requests are handled under the Refunds & Billing Policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Service modifications
We may update or discontinue features, pricing for future purchases, and model availability. We will not retroactively deduct credits merely because a plan price changes. Updates to terms will appear on this page; material changes may require an additional notice.

Before collecting live payments, the business operator should add their legal entity details, applicable governing law and service address and obtain appropriate legal review.
