Acceptable Use Policy.
We want .paletta to be useful for legitimate development, learning, creativity and collaboration. These rules protect users and the platform.
Information on this page reflects .paletta's current implementation. Legal and billing policies require operator review before live commercial launch.
Permitted uses
You may use the workspace for coding support, debugging authorized software, learning, planning, documentation, general technical questions and other lawful development work.
No unauthorized access or abuse
Do not use our AI or accounts to steal credentials, compromise systems without authorization, distribute malware, evade security protections, generate deceptive spam, or exploit other people. Do not disrupt the service, flood requests, scrape account data or bypass access controls.
Fair use for Unlimited
Pro Unlimited removes credit charges for an active subscription; it is not a license for automated high-volume extraction, resale, account sharing, parallel account farming or circumventing request-rate limits. The platform currently enforces a maximum of 15 AI requests per minute per account, with limits on prompt size and response length. Those safety limits apply to all plans, including Unlimited.
Content and responsibility
Do not upload material you lack rights to use, or personal data you are not permitted to share. You remain responsible for testing AI-generated outputs and complying with laws and the terms of relevant third-party services.
Enforcement
We may reduce service availability, restrict AI access, suspend accounts or review abuse reports when necessary. Some violations may warrant permanent removal or referral to appropriate authorities. For questions about a restriction, contact Support.
